Description: This chapel is from the sixteenth century. It can be found in the suburb of the Station. It is dedicated to the worship of Our Lady de la Cabeza, the other patron saint of Álora, together with the Virgin of the Flowers. A popular folk song says: “We come to celebrate the saint’s day / the whole village is praying to you /and worship you/ Lady of the Cabeza”. The entrance has a semicircular arch, it is decorated with a brick baseboard and the belfry has two curves projecting on both sides finishing each in a pinnacle. Also to be admired is the wonderful and interesting fresco inside.
