Ingredients
-300 Grams of  flour
-1 Liter of whole milk
-150 Grams of sugar
-1 Cup of sweet anisette
-Croutons of fried bread
-Nuts
-Molasses
Preparation
In a deep frying pan or casserole, you roast flour over high heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning. When you acquire the toasted color you want, without removing from the heat, gradually add milk, sugar and anisette and mix with a whisk to avoid curds. Leave on till boiling. Then pour into clay pots or bowls and allow cooling completely or serving lukewarm (to taste).
Decorate with nuts and fried bread croutons, and finish the dish with a splash of molasses.
