-1 kg peeled almonds
-2.5 l of water
-1 medium bread (without the crust)
-salt to taste
-1 clove of garlic
Blend the almonds, bread, a little water, oil, salt, vinegar and garlic, making a batter, which must be thick (to thicken, add a little more oil or almonds, according to taste), put in the fridge.
Before seving add water and stir until leaving it drinkable. In summer it is served very cold, in winter at room temperature.
In summer it is accompanied with grapes, apples or melon, exquisite.
