Ingredients
-1/2 kilo of bread
-3 Tomatoes
-1 Onion
-1 Green/red Pepper
-1 clove of Garlic
-Mint leaves
-Saffron
-Ground pepper
Preparation
You start with frying the minced tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, green pepper and saffron.
In a separate pan, boil water with a little salt, and add the sauce and cook for a while.
In a large pan, with a lot of base, or in a clay bowl, place the slices of bread, close to each other, keeping them united, which can be achieved by hand mashing. Put some mint leaves on top.
Pour the broth over the bread, soaking it completely and serve very hot.
