Ingredients
-1 Kilo of dried figs
-250 Grams of almonds
-Cinnamon
-Clove
-Anise
Preparation
Cut the dry figs into small pieces and spread. Peeled and chopped almonds and cinnamon, cloves and aniseed are poured over the figs and mix all ingredients.
With the resulting mass, form a kind of cake of regular thickness, place a board on top of it and weight on top of this ,in order to press the dough.
