Description: A thousand-year-old fountain, the most emblematic and frequented of the municipality of Álora, pour the water into an ancient round pool known as Alberca de Canca de Abajo through two pipes. The spot of the source of the spring is prodigious in archeological remains of most remote times, especially prehistorically and Roman, thanks to the proximity of the River Guadalhorce. Not far from the fountain, there are some thermal springs of exceptional historical value, from the same period.
